Fender Standard Telecaster or Epiphone Casino? - epiphone casino plans
Looking to buy a first electric guitar, and they more or less reduced to two. What would you recommend? (I have the intention to test at any time, simply by opinions) on this point

I would say that the Fender Telecaster. It is only my opinion, I draw mainly because I was the solid body guitars like the Epiphone hollow.
One is that the guitars that have decided to be his first guitar are quite expensive. I know your probably scared, buy a cheap and have to sacrifice quality, but it could be the best decision because it might be that you could play. You can get a cheaper guitar to start, you can play, just like the two. Just a warning.
Get the Epiphone, I hate the Telecaster, horrible anyway .... Sound, try the Stratocaster, perfect for almost any

Get the Epiphone, but try to get used to it, do not forget to get a decent amp
