I am married and my colors are black and white. I will not break the bank at the wedding and reception, so I'm looking for someone who has ideas and suggestions for home-decoration of marriage .... , or if you use any suggestions as to how the colors. We are planning a wedding outside of September. If you have a website really cheap for decoration, it would be helpful as well!
